What we collect, why we collect it, and the rules that apply to using this website.
When you apply for membership, request a service or send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, contact details, registration numbers and the documents attached to your application.
To process your application, deliver the services you request, maintain the statutory membership register, and send you notices about Chamber activity. Membership records are also used, in aggregate and anonymous form, for research on the district economy.
Membership records are seen by the secretariat and, where an application requires a decision, by the membership committee. Directory entries are public by design; the fields shown in the directory are limited to business name, representative, sector, locality and category.
Membership records are retained for the life of the membership and for five years after it lapses. Service records, including export documentation, are kept for five years as required.
You may ask to see the record we hold about your firm, correct it, or ask to be removed from the newsletter at any time by writing to info@talagang.com.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set is strictly functional — for example remembering your last filter selection.
Content is published in good faith. Fee schedules, event dates and documentation requirements can change; the version held at the Chamber House counter prevails in the event of a difference.
A directory listing confirms membership of the Chamber. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, or a credit reference for the listed business.
The Chamber’s name, seal, publications and photography remain its property. Members may reproduce publications with attribution; commercial reuse requires written permission.
The Chamber accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from trade leads circulated through the site, or from dealings between members.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Talagang, District Chakwal.
